"I have always used dealers when getting new tires, however I wanted to go from Dunlops to Michelins this time around. The dealer price was less than competitive and needed to pre-order the non-stock brand. After several evenings of price research, I decided to order them from Cycle Gear. I was able to order the front tire online, however the rear tire was out of stock at the warehouse. While checking the stock status a couple of weeks later, I saw that there was a new search option to check the inventory of the local stores. It showed that the rear tire was in my local store's on-hand stock and I was emailed and phoned the same morning that they were holding it for me.
I was able to purchase the rear tire at the local store and then went ahead and had the store mount both the tires as well. The work was first-rate and I could not be more satisfied with the quality of the work, the price, the speed of service and the helpfulness of the staff. I plan to use Cycle Gear from now on.
